My Favorite Resources

These are tools, platforms, and services that I personally use for my businesses. I love these tools because they save me tons of time scaling different projects.

The following are affiliate links, meaning I get a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no cost to you.

SEMRush

My #1 favorite digital marketing tool. It consolidates so many tools into one. Most often, I use the organic research tool, Keyword Magic Tool, Keyword Gap Tool, and SEO Content Toolkit.

If you’ve never tried out SEMRush before, I’ve teamed up with them to get you a trial two times the length of the standard trial (14-days).

TextExpander

Create repeatable snippets of text, e-mail templates, and more with TextExpander. I’ve used TextExpander with my company for years and we love it. With many users, you can share templates easily across teams and update in real-time.

Give it a try and never type have to fully type “thank you” ever again (instead you can just type ‘ty’)

OnlineJobs.ph

Need help finding a virtual assistant? Not having luck with Upwork? Onlinejobs.ph can help. This is one of the largest job boards for finding Filipino VAs. Pay for a monthly subscription and get tons of invites for qualified candidates to help you scale your online business.

Cloudways

If you’re tired of having to deal with headaches with your shared web hosting, you should switch to Cloudways for cloud hosting. I switched to them and have loved every minute of it. With 24/7 support, Cloudways helps you from start to finish in terms of migrating your current site (or hosting your new site).

The main benefit of a Cloudways vs. something like BlueHost or Siteground is that you get your own dedicated server. This means you aren’t sharing your space with someone else. I started with their free trial and I’d recommend you do the same if you’re looking for reliable hosting.

Namecheap

If you want the best domain registrar, go with Namecheap. Hands down the best one of the ones I’ve used before. You won’t have to deal with any of the horror stories you may hear of GoDaddy.

Grammarly

If you always find yourself making random typos or not fully sure whether the sentence you’ve written is grammatically correct, Grammarly can help you out.

I use Grammarly Premium to help my team of writers in proofing their work and ensuring they write as effectively as possible.

Lowfruits

If you’re looking for low-hanging fruit ideas for long-tail SEO, Lowfruits can be really useful. Check it out for finding hidden gem zero-volume keywords that actually have traffic and more.
